Tennessee Revocation of Power of Attorney Form


The Tennessee Revocation of Power of Attorney is a legal document that can only be brought about by a Principal of a Power of Attorney (POA). The Principal who enacts this document does so with the determination to terminate a POA they either no longer require to endure or do not wish to endure (for any range of reasons). As soon as the Agent receives notice of the Principal’s decision to revoke the POA, they must comply with the terms of the revocation.   • Two (2) disinterested witnesses, and/or
  • A Notary Public.
