New Jersey Motor Vehicle Power of Attorney Form

The New Jersey Motor Vehicle Power of Attorney (MCS POA & DAA) is administered by the New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission for the purpose of processing requests by motor vehicle owners who want to elect a party to be their Agent/Representative for the management of motor vehicle matters. The motor vehicle owner should note the matters in which the Commission allows for the Agent/Representative to exercise authority (e.g. those concerning their International Rgistration Plan and their International Fuel Tax Agreements accounts), as well as the matters it disallows (e.g. endorsing or cashing warrants).
