North Carolina Tax Power of Attorney (Form GEN-58)
The North Carolina Department of Revenue administers the North Carolina Tax Power of Attorney (Form GEN-58) so that taxpayers can elect a Representative to attend to one or more tax matters on their behalf. In the form, the taxpayer may note down the tax matters they wish to authorize their Agent to attend to. They may also further customize the Power of Attorney by listing any specific additions or deletions to the acts outlined in the form.
