Kentucky Tax Power of Attorney (Form 20A100)

The Kentucky Tax Power of Attorney (Form 20A100) makes it legally feasible for a taxpayer to nominate a Representative to act on their behalf before the Commonwealth of Kentucky, Department of Revenue. In order to do so, they must state the account number, tax form number, and the tax year(s) or period(s) of each tax matter they want the Representative to handle. Upon filing the form, the Representative will receive the authorization to “receive, inspect, and discuss” their confidential tax information, as well as to manage any other acts specified within.
