The Kentucky Motor Vehicle Power of Attorney (Form TC-96-336) is a limited Power of Attorney provided by the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet, Division of Motor Vehicle Licensing. This form carried the purpose of transferring ownership and disclosing mileage via an Attorney-in-Fact elected by the motor vehicle owner. Once completed, the motor vehicle owner must attach the form to their Title and Registration application documents, and forward them to their County Clerk.
