Indiana Limited (Special) Power of Attorney
The Indiana Limited (Special) Power of Attorney can be executed by an individual to establish in legally-binding terms the limited ways they require an Agent to:
- Carry out specific tasks on their behalf,
- Represent them before a state department or other entity, and
- Act in their best interests in their absence.
It is important for the individual to note that the terms of this agreement address specific, rather than broad circumstances.
