Arizona Real Estate (Property) Power of Attorney Form

The Arizona Real Estate (Property) Power of Attorney is a form with a variety of practical applications relevant to an individual’s real estate affairs. By executing one, an individual can in effect delegate their decision-making powers to another party (whether an individual or entity) so that they may sell, purchase, manage, or refinance a property for them. Time-saving and convenient, the form is regularly used by potential and existing homeowners alike.
