Arkansas State Tax Power of Attorney Form


The Arkansas State Tax Power of Attorney streamlines the process for taxpayers to apply to the Arkansas Department of Finance and Administration to name a Representative they wish to be granted Power of Attorney. Once the application is approved, the Representative will be able to perform the tax-related acts the taxpayer noted in the form. In order to perform such acts, the taxpayer must also authorize the Department, via this form, to release relevant confidential information to the Representative that concerns them as a taxpayer.
