Arkansas Revocation of Power of Attorney Form

The Arkansas Revocation of Power of Attorney is a standard document that presents a Principal with the opportunity to terminate any Power of Attorney they are a party to, should they so desire. A Principal may seek to end a Power of Attorney due to changes in their circumstances or their disapproval of the way the Agent carried out duties as their Attorney-in-Fact. Once executed, the Agent will be legally required to relinquish their role.
