Arkansas General (Financial) Power of Attorney Form

The Arkansas General (Financial) Power of Attorney is a contract that establishes the terms of a legally-binding agreement between a Principal and an Agent. By executing this contract, the Principal will in turn provide their Agent with the necessary legal powers to manage one or more financial matters in their stead. The Principal should be aware that the contract’s classification as a general POA means that it will be rendered invalid in the case of their incapacity or death.
