South Carolina Month-to-Month Rental Agreement

In situations where a landlord and tenant have decided that a typical one (1) year contract is not suitable, they may instead opt to create a South Carolina Residential Month-to-Month Rental Agreement. This contract continues on a month to month basis, and is only terminated upon thirty (30) days notice prior to the end of the month by either the landlord or tenant. The terms of the agreement also touch on the landlord and tenant’s respective responsibilities in regards to house guests, the security deposit, and the possession of the premises.
