Oregon Lease to Own Agreement

The Oregon Lease to Own Agreement acts as a record of an arrangement made between a landlord and a tenant for the tenant to eventually acquire the dwelling they will initially lease from the landlord. The agreement must state all of the details of this arrangement including the amount of periodic rent the landlord will charge. The amount charged will depend on whether the tenant will pay for the purchase price of dwelling at the completion of the Lease to Own Agreement, or in monthly installments bundled in with the periodic rent.
