Nevada Sublease Agreement

The Nevada Sublease Agreement legitimizes an arrangement where a tenant (sublessor) in the midst of a legally binding lease introduces a new tenant (sublessee) to take over the rental payments in exchange for allowing them the right to live in the property. Despite being a legally binding contract, the sublessor is still liable to the original agreement signed with the landlord, including making rent payments and ensuring all original agreed-upon rules remain followed by the new tenant.
