Louisiana Rental Application
The Louisiana Rental Application is a useful document for gathering and organizing information on a tenant who has shown interest in signing a lease for a property. Upon receiving the contract, the prospect will write down (or type) information regarding their rental and criminal history, income, and a set of references, to name a few. Before issuing the application, landlords should charge an application fee. This fee covers the cost of running a credit/background check and serves as an easy way of pre-screening tenants (as those that aren’t very interested won’t typically pay the fee).
