Kentucky Standard Residential Lease Agreement

The standard contract used for the renting of a property for a (1) year duration, the Kentucky Standard Residential Lease Agreement provides landlords with a framework for specifying the rules, required payments, contract duration, and other points of information to the tenant in an efficiently laid-out manner. In Kentucky, state law does not mandate the maximum amount of security deposit that can be charged, although the recommended amount is one (1) month’s rent.
