Kansas Lease to Own Agreement

The Kansas Lease to Own Agreement is a document designed to provide those that wish to own a home, but have insufficient financial means to do so, the opportunity to afford a property. The agreement works by combining two (2) types of contracts into a single form; a lease agreement and a purchase agreement. The owner of the property and the tenant(s) will then sit down and agree on monthly payment amounts, the final purchase price of the property (if the tenants decide to purchase), and the percentage of monthly payments that go towards the down payment to the home.
