Idaho Standard Residential Lease Agreement

The Idaho Standard Residential Lease Agreement is the most common type of contract used for the renting of a home or apartment to one (1) or more tenants, who pay rent in equal, consistent payments in exchange for residing in the property for a duration of one (1) year. Landlord’s should be aware that Idaho law does have a limit in regards to the amount of security deposit that can be charged, which is two (2) months according to § 562A.12.
