Iowa Month-to-Month Rental Agreement

The Iowa Month-to-Month Rental Agreement is a type of lease that has no specified end date and allows for considerable lee-way in comparison to more common rental lease agreements; with only thirty days of notice, the landlord can change conditions within the lease, raise the rent, or terminate the agreement (the tenant can do this as well). It is popular among long-term vacationers, business people, and those not wanting to be tied down by a long-term lease.
