Hawaii Standard Residential Lease Agreement

The Hawaii Standard Residential Lease Agreement (Form RR 301), is a five (5) page legally-binding contract created by the Hawaii Association of Realtors for the renting of a home or apartment for a common duration of one (1) year. The responsibilities of both the tenant(s) and landlord(s) are listed in a series of points that become official once the parties have signed and dated the agreement, in addition to the tenant supplying the first month’s rent and security deposit.

Maximum Security Deposit – One (1) month’s rent, or two (2) month’s rent if a pet is involved
