Georgia Residential Lease Agreement (Form F40)

The Georgia Standard Residential Lease Agreement (Form F40) brings the soon-to-be tenant of a property and the landlord (or property manager) around a set of sections that contain the terms and conditions regarding the rental of a home, apartment, or other residential property. Once signed by the tenant(s) and landlord, the agreement will go into effect. After providing the landlord with the requested security deposit,  the tenants will be granted access to the property. In Georgia, it is worth noting that security deposits are not bound monetarily.
