Connecticut Month-to-Month Lease Agreement

The Connecticut Month-to-Month Lease Agreement provides the structure for an agreement pertaining to the short-term renting of a residential property between two parties; called the landlord (owner of the property) and the tenant (living in the property). The monthly lease has no set end date, which frequently appeals to those temporary moving for work or don’t like being tied-down for longer periods. However, the factors that make a monthly lease appealing are also what can cause them to be troublesome, as landlords can terminate the lease at will for any reason with only three (3) days of notice.
