Colorado Standard Residential Lease Agreement


The Colorado Standard Residential Lease Agreement is a binding agreement between a tenant and landlord that grants the tenant private use of a property for a predetermined length of time in exchange for periodic payments. Contained within the agreement is a set of rules and requirements agreed upon by both the landlord and tenant before signatures are recorded on the contract. Common conditions the landlord may include in the contract is the amount of rent due by the tenant, the utilities the landlord and tenant will be paying for, the length of the lease, and any required disclosures the state requires to be included in the document.
