California Month-to-Month Lease Agreement

The California Month-t0-Month Lease Agreement is a document that gives those unsure of the amount of time they will be spending in an area a convenient and less restricting way to rent a property. Typically based on thirty (30) day periods, the lease will continue to renew until either the tenant or landlord terminate the lease. The landlord can specify that terminations require greater notice, so tenants should check their leases before issuing a termination notice to the landlord.
