Arizona Sublease Agreement

Our Arizona Sublease Agreement creates a legal arrangement between the current tenant of a rented property and a new subtenant that will be living in the rented apartment, room, or house in replacement. The original tenant will thus be bound by two agreements, one with the landlord and the other with the new tenant living in the property. Much like the original agreement, the sublessee will be bound by a set of rules regarding rent, utilities, the lease term, etc. In the state of Arizona, there are no steadfast rules regarding subleasing, although the landlord may include a provision that doesn’t allow it. Because of this, be sure to check your leases condition regarding subleasing – if no such condition exists, you can sublease the property.
