Arkansas Sublease Agreement

The Arkansas Sublease Agreement is a document that grants an individual permission to live in an already-rented apartment or home for the remainder of the lease. In the state of Arkansas, it is legally required to have the landlord approve of the agreement – in some cases, the landlord will want to approve of the sublessor as well. This can be done via mail or directly. If the landlord doesn’t respond to the sublease request within thirty (30) days, the tenant can go ahead with the agreement. In many cases, the landlord will want to have the prospective sublessee complete a rental application, which would be used to ensure the applicant is trustworthy.
